About Nexoro

Nexoro Property Partners is a Netherlands-based group operating across the full real-estate value chain: data, capital, development, and management. The group exists because each of those activities is more valuable when it shares context with the others.

What we believe#

• Property decisions deserve data. Most of the industry still runs on spreadsheets passed between brokers. We build the data layer that should have been there to begin with.
• Vertical integration only helps if it's clean. The five subsidiaries are separate entities with separate accountabilities. They share a platform, not a P&L.
• Documentation matters. This site exists because partners and the public should be able to read what we do without sitting through a sales call.

Where we operate#

Today, primarily the Netherlands, with selective work in the wider EU. The platform is locale-agnostic — see the language switcher in the settings menu.
