Nexoro Insight

Nexoro Insight is the analytics arm. It curates the datasets, builds the analytical modules, and produces the intelligence products the other subsidiaries rely on.

What Insight produces#

• Datasets — see Platform → Datasets. Cadastral, BAG, 3D BAG, zoning, demographics, and more.
• Modules — see Platform → Modules. Analytical tools that consume the datasets and return decisions, scores, or visualizations.
• Bespoke reports. One-off intelligence work for partners and for the other subsidiaries.

Who uses Insight#

• Nexoro Capital — underwriting, market scoring, portfolio analysis.
• Nexoro Development — site selection, zoning analysis, feasibility.
• Nexoro Management — operational reporting, benchmarking, tenant analytics.
• External partners under data-access agreements.

Data sources#

Insight pulls from public registries (Kadaster, BAG, Ruimtelijke Plannen, CBS), licensed data providers, and partner-contributed datasets. Provenance is tracked at the row level so every figure can be traced back to its source.
