Nexoro Development

Nexoro Development is the project arm. It is responsible for designing, permitting, building, and delivering new property — and for redeveloping existing assets when that becomes the right move.

Project stages#

1. Feasibility. Site selection, zoning, financial modeling. Done in collaboration with Insight.
2. Permitting. Securing the planning and building approvals required to proceed.
3. Design. Architectural and engineering work. Often in partnership with external design firms.
4. Construction. Tendering, oversight, and quality assurance until completion.
5. Handover. Transferring the asset to Management or to a third-party owner.

Standards#

Development projects follow group standards on safety, sustainability, and data capture. Every project produces a structured handover dossier that flows directly into the platform's datasets — so the asset is observable from day one.

Working with Development#

Partners typically engage Development as either site originators, designers, or contractors. Specific arrangements are governed by partner agreements — see Company → Partners.
