Nexoro NPP

Nexoro Property Partners (NPP) is the parent and coordinating entity. It does not hold property directly. Its job is to keep the five operating subsidiaries aligned on standards, partner relations, brand, and shared infrastructure.

What NPP is responsible for#

• Partner relations. Onboarding, vetting, and ongoing relationships with the partners who work alongside one or more subsidiaries.
• Standards. The data formats, security requirements, and reporting templates that subsidiaries share.
• Shared infrastructure. The platform that all subsidiaries use — see Platform.
• Public communication. The website, the documentation, the archive — anything that represents the group externally.

What NPP is not#

• Not an investor. Investment sits with Nexoro Capital.
• Not a developer. Project delivery sits with Nexoro Development.
• Not an operator. Day-to-day asset management sits with Nexoro Management.
