Nexoro Management

Nexoro Management is the operating arm. It runs assets — leasing, maintenance, tenant relations, accounting, and reporting — for properties owned by the group or contracted out by partners.

How Management uses the platform#

Every property under management has a dataset record — see Platform → Datasets. Modules sitting on top of those records produce the dashboards and KPIs partners see in their monthly statements.

Transitions to and from Management#

• New build → Management. Assets handed over from Development at completion.
• Management → Disposal. When a position is exited, Capital coordinates the sale.
