Datasets

A dataset is a versioned, row-addressable collection of facts about property. Each dataset has a stated source, an update cadence, and a schema that the platform validates on every load.

Source categories#

• Public registries. Kadaster (cadastral records), BAG and 3D BAG (buildings and addresses), Ruimtelijke Plannen (zoning), CBS (demographics).
• Licensed feeds. Commercial market data, valuation references, environmental risk.
• Partner contributions. Data partners contribute under signed data-sharing agreements; their contributions remain attributed to them.
• Internal capture. Data generated by Development projects and Management operations.

What you get per dataset#

• Schema — the columns and their types.
• Provenance — where each row came from.
• Version — the load that produced it.
• Update cadence — how often it refreshes.

Access#

Datasets are not browseable from this documentation. Access is granted per-partner under the agreements described in Company → Partners.
