Leadership is structured so that each subsidiary has a clear owner. The group itself is run by a small coordinating team.

Group leadership#

• Managing Director. Overall direction, partner relations, public face of the group.
• Operations. Cross-subsidiary processes, standards, internal systems.
• Finance. Group-level finance, reporting, and treasury.

Subsidiary leadership#

Each of the five subsidiaries — NPP, Insight, Capital, Development, and Management — has its own managing director, accountable for its own P&L.

This document describes structure. Specific names, photos, and bios live on the main team page on the main site so they can be updated without changing the documentation tree.
